Nolan Blades is President of Sunny Gables Holdings Ltd. (Calgary), a private investment company. He was President and Chief Executive Officer of Pursuit Resources Corp. from 1993 to 2000, prior to which he held senior executive positions with Chauvco Resources Ltd. and Oakwood Petroleums Limited. Mr. Blades has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA).

Tom Mullane joined Rife Resources in 2012 and was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer effective May 17, 2013. Previously, he was Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer, which appointment was effective July 18, 2012. He spent 12 years with Bonavista Energy Corporation in various roles including Senior Vice President from 2011 to 2012, Senior Vice President Engineering from 2009 to 2011, and Vice President, Engineering from 2003 to 2009. Mr. Mullane graduated from the University of Alberta in 1983 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA).

Harry Campbell is Chairman and past Managing Partner of the law firm Burnet, Duckworth & Palmer LLP (Calgary). Mr. Campbell is currently a director of Delphi Energy Corp. and EmberClear Corp. Mr. Campbell has a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Alberta and a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Calgary. He was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 1974 and was designated as Queen's Counsel in 2000. 

Peter Harrison is Manager, Oil and Gas Investments, of the CN Investment Division, which manages one of the largest corporate pension funds in Canada. Prior to joining the CN Investment Division in August 2009, he was Senior Vice-President of Montrusco Bolton Investments Inc. (Montreal). He is currently a director of Spyglass Resources Corp. Mr. Harrison has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University, an MBA from the University of Western Ontario, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Arthur Korpach is a Corporate Director and prior to May 31, 2012, was the past Vice-Chairman, Investment Banking at CIBC World Markets Inc. (Calgary). Mr. Korpach is Chair of the Board of the United Way of Calgary and Area, and a director of Canexus Corporation. He is a past Chair of the Accounting Standards Board of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and a past director of Mount Royal University and its Foundation. Mr. Korpach is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Business Valuator. He has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan and an MBA from Harvard Business School. In 2012, Mr. Korpach received the designation of ICD.D from the Institute of Corporate Directors.

David Sandmeyer is a retired businessman and was formerly President and Chief Executive Officer of Freehold and Rife until his retirement on May 13, 2009. Prior to joining Rife in 1982, he held senior positions with Amoco Canada Petroleum Company Ltd. He is currently a vice-chair of Anderson Energy Ltd. and a director of Delphi Energy Corp. He is a graduate of the University of Saskatchewan. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA).

Rodger Tourigny is President of Tourigny Management Ltd. (Calgary), a private consulting company that he founded in 1979. He was Vice-President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Siebens Oil & Gas Ltd. from 1976 to 1979 and Secretary-Treasurer of Ranger Oil (Canada) Ltd. from 1969 to 1976. He is currently a director of LED Medical Diagnostics Inc. Mr. Tourigny has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan and is a Chartered Accountant.

 Aidan Walsh is President and Chief Executive Officer of Baccalieu Energy Inc. (Calgary), a private junior oil and gas company that he co-founded in 2008. He is currently a director of Baccalieu Energy Inc. and a director and former Chair of the Explorers and Producers Association of Canada (EPAC). Mr. Walsh has over 35 years of oil and gas experience in production, marketing, transportation, acquisitions, finance, facility engineering, and construction. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Memorial University of Newfoundland and an MBA from the University of Calgary. Mr. Walsh is a Professional Engineer and a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA).

Darren Gunderson is currently the Vice-President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Freehold Royalties and he was appointed Vice-President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Freehold Resources and Rife Resources on August 13, 2008. He joined Rife in 1991 in the accounting department and became Controller in 1999. Mr. Gunderson holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan and is a Certified General Accountant (CGA).

Garry Bieber is currently the Vice-President, Production of Freehold Royalties and he was appointed Vice-President, Production of Freehold Resources and Rife Resources effective August 13, 2008. Mr. Bieber joined Rife in 1985 as Chief Engineer and has been Manager of Production since 1991. He is responsible for Environment, Health & Safety, production and drilling operations, and economic evaluations. Mr. Bieber holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geological Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA).

Frank George, Vice-President, Exploration of Freehold Royalties, joined Rife Resources in 1983 as Chief Geologist and became Vice-President, Exploration of Freehold in 1996. He is responsible for the management and coordination of all exploration and geological evaluation activities of Rife. A graduate of the University of Calgary, Mr. George is a registered Professional Geologist in Alberta and a member of the Canadian Society of Petroleum Geologists (CSPG) and Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA).

Michael Stone, Vice-President, Land of Freehold Royalties, began his association with Rife Resources in 2008 as a consultant and becoming Manager, Land Negotiations - Business Development and then General Manager, Land in 2009.
Mr. Stone's appointment as Vice-President, Land of Freehold Resources and Rife was effective March 1, 2010. Prior to joining Rife, Mr. Stone was Vice-President, Land with Real Resources Ltd. Mr. Stone holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary and is a member of the Canadian Association of Petroleum Landmen (CAPL).

Michael Mogan, Controller of Freehold Royalties, was appointed Controller of Freehold Resources effective August 13, 2008. Mr. Mogan joined Rife in 2003 as a Senior Accountant and was most recently the Manager of Financial Accounting. He is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA).

Karen Taylor, Manager, Investor Relations and Corporate Secretary, joined Rife Resources in February 1997 as Manager, Corporate Communications. Her appointment as Corporate Secretary of Freehold was effective February 27, 2008. Ms. Taylor is a member of the Canadian Investor Relations Institute (CIRI) and the Canadian Society of Corporate Secretaries (CSCS).
