Legacy Lands

A significant portion of Freehold's mineral rights lands trace their history back to 1670 when they were granted by the King of England to the Hudson's Bay Company during the settlement of Canada. These legacy lands are particularly valuable to Freehold, as the rights are held in perpetuity.
